1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Kamran’s Velo Innovations LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (File No. 3306341), at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company. “You” means the person or business engaging us.

2. Services

We design and build websites on Wix Studio, develop custom functionality using Velo, and build integrations with third-party services. The exact scope of each project is set out in a written quote or proposal that you accept.

3. Quotes and payment terms

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, access, feedback and approvals promptly, and to make sure you have the right to use any material you give us. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

5. Timelines and revisions

Timelines in a quote are estimates based on timely input from you. Each milestone includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Further changes are treated as additional work.

6. Intellectual property and handover

On receipt of full payment, you own the final website content and the custom code we wrote for you. We keep the right to reuse general know-how and generic code components that are not specific to your business. Until full payment is received, ownership stays with us. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that you do not want this.

7. Third-party platforms

Your website runs on Wix and may depend on hosting, domains, payment providers and apps supplied by other companies. Those services have their own terms, prices and availability, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated here, services are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end an engagement immediately if you materially breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
