Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

A deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before we start work. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers time already reserved and spent.

2. Milestones

If you cancel part-way through a project, milestones we have not started are refundable. Milestones that are started or delivered are payable.

3. Retainers

You can cancel a monthly retainer with [X] days’ written notice. The current month is not refunded, and unused hours do not carry over unless your agreement says so.

4. How to request a refund

Email team@velocoded.com with your name, invoice number and the reason for the request. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. Resolving disagreements

If you are unhappy with the work, tell us first. We will try to fix the issue or agree a fair solution before any refund decision. See also our Terms of Service.
